Job summary

Alfa Laval Mid Europe GmbH is seeking a Global Project Manager to lead a strategic payroll provider implementation across multiple countries. The role requires coordinating payroll, HR, IT, finance and tax teams in an international matrix organization.

You will drive the project from requirements through design, deployment and post-go-live stabilization, ensuring local compliance and smooth change management across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, HR, or related field.
• Proven project management experience in complex, multi-country environments.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and their connections to HR, finance and technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of a new global payroll provider across countries and regions.
• Coordinate provider selection, due diligence and implementation planning.
• Ensure data migration, system integrations, testing and payroll reconciliation.
