Job summary

Alfa Laval is seeking an experienced Global Project Manager to lead a global payroll provider rollout across multiple countries and regions. The role requires coordinating international teams, vendors and local requirements to deliver a compliant payroll solution.

You will drive requirements, design, deployment and post-go-live stabilization, working across HR, IT, finance, tax and treasury to align global objectives with local needs.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in complex, multi-country environments.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and their connections to HR, finance and technology.
• Experience implementing payroll providers or comparable HR technology solutions.
• Strong vendor and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• The ability to navigate competing global, regional and local priorities.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of a new global payroll provider across multiple countries and regions.
• Coordinate data migration, system integrations, testing and payroll reconciliation.
• Manage timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations.
• Liaise with international payroll vendors, internal teams, and regional stakeholders.
• Ensure local compliance and operational readiness across countries.
