Job summary

Varnish Software in Stockholms län is seeking an experienced Accountant for a hybrid role focused on Global Payroll & Compensation. In this position, you will coordinate payroll processes, perform accounting tasks, and conduct HR-related analysis to ensure accurate compensation across all legal entities.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of payroll and accounting experience, a degree in Accounting or Finance, and is fluent in both Swedish and English. This position offers 30 days of annual vacation and flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll and accounting.
• Experience managing payroll processes across multiple countries.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with pension reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end global payroll process.
• Record journal entries related to payroll and taxes.
• Prepare and analyze compensation reports as required.
