Axis Communications AB in Lund is seeking a Master Scheduler to drive production planning within Global Order Management. You will translate orders and forecasts into master schedules, balance supply and demand, and guide production across our global network.

You will collaborate with Demand & Supply, local Sales Operations, and planning centers, using our ERP system to optimize sequences, improve lead times, and deliver on customer commitments in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualificações

• Strategic mindset with strong analytical and data synthesis capabilities.
• High proficiency in spreadsheet tools and ERP systems for production planning.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or similar.
• At least 5 years of work experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain management within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain production plans balancing supply, demand, and capacity constraints.
• Coordinate finished goods inventory for manufactured Sales Units.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align production and sales order plans and provide availability estimates to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve schedule accuracy, system utilization, and lead times.
