The role owns the performance framework, builds business cases, and guides governance across Transport, Finance, Planning, Procurement and Digital, with influence supported by evidence rather than authority.

Qualifications

• Experience owning or influencing logistics performance across regional or global networks.
• Track record delivering measurable results through business cases and analyses.
• Ability to translate data and analytics into clear recommendations for senior decision-makers.
• Proven ability to influence outcomes across multiple functions without formal authority.
• Knowledge of sustainability and CO₂ topics in logistics and performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the logistics performance system with cost, service, and CO₂ metrics and dashboards.
• Drive logistics priorities and maintain a focused portfolio of initiatives with clear impact.
• Build and present business cases, scenarios, and recommendations related to cost and sustainability.
• Lead governance activities such as performance reviews and executive discussions.
• Steer priorities across Transport, Finance, Planning, Procurement, and Digital with evidence-based framing.
• Monitor trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations and long-term roadmaps.
• Own the CO₂ agenda including baseline, targets, and tracking in governance forums.
