Job summary

Aarke AB in Stockholm is seeking a strategic Logistics Lead who will own the physical flow from supplier dock to customer doorstep and back. You will optimize transport, warehousing, 3PL performance, stock deployment, and reverse logistics while driving year-on-year cost reductions and service improvements across Europe and North America.

Qualifications

• Led logistics in omni-channel consumer goods with multi-market 3PL networks.
• Able to plan 3-year horizons while handling day-to-day details.
• Data-driven with KPI framework development.
• Automation-first mindset to reduce manual work.
• Fluent in English; other skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own network development and stock deployment across markets.
• Ensure service quality with carriers and 3PLs; optimize cost.
• Manage inbound freight, mode, tendering, and warehousing rates.
• Build a resilient network to handle disruptions and changes.
• Oversee reverse logistics and returns; lifecycle management.
• Lead a team of transport and logistics staff and set standards.
• Define KPI framework and drive data-informed decisions.
