Neko Health is redefining prevention, delivering data-driven care in a non-invasive setting. The Lighting Design Lead will own global lighting standards across clinics worldwide, shaping how lighting supports patient experience and clinical function in every location.

Your focus is a scalable lighting strategy, developing Location Design Playbook standards, and guiding regional teams with concept-level lighting direction and brand alignment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Lighting Design, Architecture, Interior Design or related field.
• 8+ years in architectural lighting design with human-centered portfolios.
• Experience developing lighting standards or playbooks for multi-site setups.
• Deep understanding of LED systems, controls, and BMS integration.
• Collaborates with architects and engineers to integrate lighting into space.
• Proficient in DIALux, Relux, AGi32; skilled with rendering tools.
• Knowledge of EN 12464 and WELL lighting criteria; healthcare standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership for leadership-level presentations.
• Adaptable to fast-growing environments with evolving standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop global lighting standards documented in Location Design Playbook.
• Provide concept-level lighting guidance on regional projects.
• Act as brand guardian for lighting strategy and reviewer for consultants.
• Build relationships with cross-functional partners to ensure technically sound decisions.
