Job summary

TRATON is seeking a Lead Sustainable Energy to shape and drive the group's global energy agenda at a strategic level. You will develop sustainable energy strategies, coordinate Energy Hubs across brands and regions, and guide decisions on energy markets, risk management, and renewable sourcing.

You will work with senior stakeholders to accelerate sustainability ambitions while delivering long-term business value and cross-functional impact within the TRATON Group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience within energy risk management, advisory, price hedging, sustainability.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across brands and geographies.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead TRATON Energy and coordinate Energy Hubs across regions and brands.
• Establishing and driving common principles, guidelines, and strategy for sustainable energy.
• Managing energy risks and follow-up actions within the Energy Hubs.
• Reporting green certificates and energy-related data.
