Job summary

TRATON Financial Services is seeking a senior business technology leader to shape the Finance domain, including Operations, Reporting and Treasury. You will partner with sponsors, market representatives and IT leadership to deliver value across a global, matrixed organisation.

You will report to the Head of Business Solutions and drive an integrated domain roadmap, align priorities and enable cross-functional teams and vendors to operate with clarity and autonomy.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and influencing skills, with experience aligning senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Finance processes across Operations, Reporting and Treasury.
• Fluency in English and ability to communicate with executive audiences.
• Experience shaping capability roadmaps, demand pipelines and backlogs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance domain and partner with Finance Operations, Reporting and Treasury.
• Own the integrated Finance capability roadmap and demand pipeline.
• Translate business needs into clear technology outcomes and priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and governance to deliver value.
