Hitachi Energy Ltd. is seeking a senior leader for electro-mechanical engineering within Power Quality Solutions.

You will drive global process improvements, lead a department of electro-mechanical/plant design engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with project goals. Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years electro-mechanical engineering experience, including at least 3 years in leadership/management.
• Proven design, analysis, and validation of complex electro-mechanical systems.
• Strong CAD/prototyping with CAD/simulation tools (SolidWorks, Inventor, NX).
• Experience with manufacturing processes, materials management, and PLM/PDM systems.
• Strong project management, planning, risk mitigation.
• Ability to lead and develop high-performing engineering teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global process improvements to increase productivity via modular, standardized solutions and digitalization of engineering processes.
• Manage a department of electro-mechanical/plant design engineers and support two reporting managers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product management, tendering, and project management to align with project goals.
• Oversee competence management and resource planning to meet milestones and deliverables.
