Job summary

Quinyx AB is seeking a Junior TA Partner to lead recruitment across nine international markets while covering a parental leave. This full-time role will report to the VP of People and is set from August 2026 to November 2027.

The ideal candidate will be driven, ambitious, and skilled at building relationships. You’ll take ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, drive diversity in talent pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience while contributing to the growth of Quinyx's TA function.

Qualifications

• Experience within recruitment, ideally in tech and SaaS.
• Skill in sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
• Ability to use data to drive recruitment decisions.
