Job summary

3stepIT is seeking an experienced ITAD Director to lead and develop our global sourcing capabilities within Lifecycle Services. You will define and execute the sourcing strategy, ensuring a steady supply of high-quality devices at the right cost, and collaborate with Sales, Operations, and country ITAD teams to align with business goals.

You will build supplier networks, drive cost efficiency, and govern security and compliance while guiding a high-performing, geographically dispersed team

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading sourcing, procurement, ITAD, lifecycle services, or similar operations.
• Strong business development, supplier management, and team leadership experience.
• Experience operating in security, compliance, and controlled logistics environments.
• Ability to manage complex sourcing programs with multiple stakeholders and geographies.
• Strong commercial discipline across supplier management, pricing and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global ITAD sourcing strategy.
• Define sourcing models, supplier and channel strategies, and processes.
• Create plans, targets, forecasts, and leadership reporting.
• Monitor market trends and external factors affecting sourcing.
• Ensure sufficient device supply while optimizing quality, cost, and inflow.
• Develop new acquisition routes and sourcing channels for growth.
• Build and strengthen supplier networks across markets.
• Maintain cost benchmarks and pricing discipline.
• Drive continuous improvement of sourcing processes and systems.
• Educate internal stakeholders on sourcing strategies and market dynamics.
• Lead and develop a high-performing global sourcing organisation.
