Job summary

3stepIT is seeking a Global Vendor Manager to drive supplier selection, negotiation, performance, and long-term management across regions. You will ensure vendors deliver high-quality products or services, meet contractual obligations, and support the company’s global business strategy. It requires strong commercial acumen and cross‑cultural communication.

You'll influence stakeholders at all levels while coordinating with Legal, Finance, IT, and regional teams to optimize value and governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management.
• Experience in IT asset disposition or related technology services preferred.
• Proven track record designing and managing multi-regional service delivery programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead global sourcing and contract negotiations, evaluating vendor proposals.
• Monitor vendor performance with KPIs and scorecards, drive corrective actions.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage global vendor budgets, cost optimization, and forecasting.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, IT and Operations across regions.
• Develop and execute a global vendor strategy with governance.
