Scania’s IT Digital Workplace is seeking a Product Owner for the IT Service Desk to define the vision, roadmap, and priorities for a global service that supports employees. You will translate user needs and operational insights into measurable improvements and clear development priorities.

Work closely with Digital Workplace, IT service management, and support teams to deliver a scalable, efficient, and user-focused experience across regions.

Formación

• Experience in product ownership or similar role.
• Understanding of first-line IT support processes and incident handling.
• Ability to translate user needs and data into measurable improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Define vision, roadmap, and backlog for IT Service Desk product.
• Use data and feedback to identify opportunities and improvements.
• Improve end-to-end support experience including intake and escalation.
• Balance user experience with reliability, cost, and risk in decisions.
• Explore self-service, automation, and AI-enabled support.
