iFindTech Ltd is seeking an Engineering Director to lead infrastructure, security and compliance across a globally distributed engineering organisation. You will report to the CTO and shape technical strategy, ensuring secure, scalable and reliable operations.

The role is remote-first with teams in Sweden, the US and India, requiring strong leadership and the ability to balance security with commercial priorities.

• 10+ years engineering leadership experience with cloud infrastructure, security and compliance.
• Proven ability to lead and develop engineering teams across multiple locations.
• Strong understanding of modern cloud infrastructure and security practices.

• Lead and develop infrastructure engineering teams across locations.
• Define and execute the infrastructure and security strategy.
• Oversee cloud infrastructure, security operations and compliance initiatives including audits.
• Drive improvements in reliability, scalability and performance.
