Truesec in Sweden is seeking a Team Manager for the Secure Infrastructure domain. You will lead a team of senior cyber specialists across on-premises and cloud platforms, shaping direction, coaching, and enabling high performance.

This is a people leadership role, focusing on development, engagement, and collaboration with sales and delivery to translate client needs into secure infrastructure projects. Fluency in English is required, and Swedish citizenship or EU work permit is needed.

Formación

• Experience in people leadership with coaching and development.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity and ability to engage with technical specialists.
• Strong communication skills to build trust and handle challenging conversations.
• Ability to connect technical and commercial perspectives and support sales-delivery collaboration.
• Translate shared priorities into clear direction and follow through on improvements.
• Fluency in English, both writing and speaking.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of senior cyber specialists across hypervisor platforms, on-premises infrastructure, networking, cloud, and Microsoft 365.
• Provide direction, coaching, and support to help team members succeed while maintaining autonomy.
• Serve as the link between sales and consultants to align customer needs with delivery.
• Collaborate with Head of Secure Infrastructure and Tech Leads to shape area development.
