I am the CTO. I am hiring an Engineering Director – one of two, reporting to me. The ask is big. We are making the agentic development lifecycle the one way we build – SDLC is out, ADLC is in. I want a partner to work out with me what an engineering org is when AI writes most of the code. Nobody has that playbook, yet. We get to co‑author it, and help set patterns others copy.

The shape: 5–7 teams, 30–40 engineers, led through Engineering Managers and Staff Engineers. You own technical direction, architecture and the engineering-quality bar, and co‑own outcomes with Product and Design. You were an excellent engineer before you were a leader.

Practical: Stockholm HQ, 3 days/week in office. Daily work is in English (50+ nationalities). No visa relocation sponsorship for this role.
