Job summary

H&M Group is seeking a Cyber Security Unit Manager for Identity & Access Management in Stockholm to lead a global IAM capability spanning the end-to-end identity lifecycle. You will shape strategy, governance and the operating model while partnering with business and technology leaders to deliver secure, scalable identity solutions.

As a member of the Cyber Security Leadership Team, you will drive budgeting, risk management and strategic initiatives, creating a high-performing, inclusive culture

Qualifications

• 8+ years of people management experience in cyber security, IAM or a closely related field.
• Proven experience leading an enterprise-scale IAM capability end to end in a global organisation.
• Experience leading through managers and developing leadership teams.
• Senior leadership collaboration across cyber security, technology and enterprise functions.
• Experience defining and executing enterprise IAM strategies and roadmaps.
• Strong knowledge of IAM capabilities, risks, controls and regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing budgets, investments, resources, and vendor negotiations.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction, maturity and long-term development of H&M Group’s IAM capability.
• Contribute to the Cyber Security Leadership Team's strategy and priorities.
• Build partnerships with business and technology stakeholders to align objectives.
• Drive workforce planning, capability development and succession planning.
• Ensure effective management of IAM-related risks and regulatory obligations.
• Oversee budgeting, resource planning and vendor strategy for IAM and security objectives.
• Foster a high-performing, inclusive culture focused on continuous improvement and business value.
