Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. is seeking a Customer Training Manager to own and coordinate the customer training deliverable from tender to final project delivery for HVDC projects.

You will work with customers, project teams, technical experts, trainers and suppliers to ensure training is planned, coordinated, and delivered according to requirements. The role emphasizes collaboration, continuous improvement and digital learning, with travel as needed and the opportunity to contribute to a growing global

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating cross-functional training deliverables.
• Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to identify risks, solve problems, and drive progress.
• Experience with LMS or digital learning platforms is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Drive the delivery of customer training throughout the project lifecycle.
• Transform requirements into training scope, plans, and budgets.
• Coordinate with customers, project teams, trainers and suppliers.
• Maintain visibility of progress, risks, and costs.
