Job summary

Hitachi Energy Sweden is seeking two Tender and Project HSE Specialists to join the HVDC Service organization. You will drive HSE excellence across tender, project execution and lifecycle management, embedding health and safety principles in how we deliver, upgrade and maintain HVDC systems worldwide.

You will collaborate with engineering, procurement and operations to ensure electrical safety standards are applied and to lead training and improvements across global service teams, strengthening

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in HSE
• Electrical safety qualification (e.g., high‑voltage safety, LOTO) is a merit
• Knowledge of electrical safety principles and high‑voltage systems
• Experience from global service operations including tendering and project execution
• Strong understanding of international HSE regulations and standards
• Fluency in English; Swedish is a merit

Responsibilities

• Support tender activities by integrating HSE and electrical safety requirements into tender documents
• Drive HSE performance in project execution and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
• Apply electrical safety standards and best practices in tenders, upgrades and lifecycle planning
• Embed electrical safety in design reviews, commissioning and maintenance activities
• Monitor HSE KPIs and incidents across service operations and drive improvements
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement and operations to implement safety improvements
• Lead training and develop tools to strengthen safety culture across global service teams
