Job summary

Hitachi Energy Sweden AB seeks two Tender and Project HSE Specialists to drive health, safety and electrical safety excellence across a global HVDC service portfolio.

You will shape safety requirements from tender through project execution, embedding HSE into offerings, execution and lifecycle strategies, and collaborate with engineering, procurement and operations to raise the standard of safety worldwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant HSE experience.
• Additional qualification or certification in electrical safety is a strong merit.
• Proven knowledge of electrical safety principles and high‑voltage systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and integrate HSE and electrical safety requirements into tender documents and risk analyses.
• Drive HSE performance in project execution and lifecycle management.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations in service tenders and projects.
• Embed electrical safety standards into design reviews, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
• Monitor HSE KPIs and incidents; report data for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement and operations to implement safety improvements.
