Job summary

Quintus Technologies is seeking an HR & Communications Director to drive the global people and communications agenda from its Västerås headquarters. The role partners with the CEO and Executive Management to translate growth into leadership, culture and capability, shaping the organisation for international expansion.

The successful candidate will lead the HR & Communications function, advance talent development, employee relations and internal communications, and ensure policies and processes

Qualifications

• Senior HR leadership experience with broad functional accountability.
• Experience working closely with a CEO and/or senior management team.
• Experience supporting organisational growth and international expansion.
• Proven capabilities in organisational development, leadership development and succession.
• Experience developing culture and ways of working across functions/geographies.
• Broad HR experience including employment relations, policies, compensation and compliance.
• Experience in corporate/internal communications is an advantage.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) required.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the global HR, people and corporate communications agenda in line with Quintus growth strategy.
• Lead and develop the HR & Communications function and its international ways of working.
• Advise the CEO and Executive Management on organisation, culture and talent.
• Develop leadership excellence and systematic performance, talent and succession processes.
• Enable organisational capability and cross-functional collaboration for current operations and future growth.
• Lead corporate communications, focusing on internal alignment with strategy and priorities.
