Job summary

Volvo Construction Equipment Eskilstuna is seeking a progressive People & Culture Partner to lead the agenda across Technology and other functions. You will translate strategy into action, shape leadership capability, and drive culture, performance, and talent initiatives in a global, matrix organization.

The role requires a university degree in a relevant field and broad experience with People & Culture in international settings, plus strong Swedish and English.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Broad experience driving the People & Culture agenda, preferably in an international matrix organization.
• Strong Swedish and English skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support leaders in performance, development, and talent and succession work.
• Drive strategic initiatives cross functionally and within technology.
• Be an active member of management teams, supporting leaders in prioritizing, structuring and following through on people-related actions.
• Support, influence and create movement in collaborating with leaders and teams in making culture tangible in everyday work, with trust and collaboration as key foundations.
• Offer guidance within Swedish labor law and collaborate with relevant stakeholders.
