Job summary

Dometic is seeking a Head of Group Business Control to strengthen our Group finance function. Based at Dometic Headquarters in Solna Strand, you will partner with the CEO, CFO and senior leadership to drive performance, oversee planning, reporting and analytics, and lead a five-person team.

This role offers a high-visibility platform in a global, fast-moving environment with broad exposure and opportunities to develop finance leadership across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a finance function in a global, complex organization.
• Strong track record in financial planning, analysis and business partnering.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop management reporting, planning and KPI framework.
• Drive BI/analytics initiatives for data-driven decisions.
• Ensure integrity and quality of financial information across the Group.
• Lead Group financial planning processes with actionable insights.
• Act as advisor to CEO/CFO and senior leadership with financial analysis.
• Prepare materials for Group Management and Board presentations.
• Partner with Investor Relations for interim and annual reports.
• Strengthen collaboration between Group Functions and Finance.
• Coach and develop the Group Business Control team.
