Job summary

Novotek AB is seeking a business-oriented Group CFO to drive performance and growth across an international technology group. You will partner with the CEO and management teams, oversee consolidation, governance and financial reporting, and guide strategic planning and financing decisions.

The role leads the finance function across multiple countries, shaping treasury, tax and risk management while contributing to M&A activities.

Qualifications

University degree in a relevant field.
Experience from a CFO role or equivalent senior finance leadership position.
Solid experience in business controlling, with knowledge of group accounting, financial reporting and governance.
Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

Provide financial leadership to support the Group's continued growth, profitability and long-term value creation.
Lead and develop the Group's finance organization, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment across the business.
Support the CEO, Executive Management Team and Board with financial analysis, business insights and decision support.
Be responsible for Group accounting, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, transparency and compliance.
Develop the Group's financial planning, business control and reporting capabilities to support informed decision-making.
Support M&A activities, including evaluation, due diligence, integration and follow-up.
