Diakrit is seeking a Senior Financial Controller to own our global finance operations. You will lead end-to-end accounting, treasury, and compliance across multiple entities, embedding top‑tier controls while guiding a distributed team of in‑house accountants and outsourced partners.

The role focuses on timely month‑end closes, robust treasury management, internal controls, and audit coordination with PwC. You will own the finance stack (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero) and drive automation to scale

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in financial control or senior finance roles.
• Fluent in English; Swedish a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead global accounting, treasury, and finance operations across entities.
• Drive month-end closes, internal controls, and compliance.
• Coordinate statutory audits and external audit engagements (PwC).
• Own group treasury, cash management, and intercompany funding.
• Drive automation and standardization of finance workflows across systems.
