Blykalla is seeking a finance professional to manage monthly closes, cash flow planning, and audits at our Stockholm office. You will own end-to-end accounting processes across group entities and act as a primary contact for our external accounting firm.

The role requires a degree in Finance or related field, 2–3 years in accounting, strong Excel skills, and fluency in Swedish and English. We value curious, independent thinkers who can explain numbers beyond the ledger.

Formación

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
• 2-3 years in accounting or financial control, ideally from an audit firm, an accounting firm, or a group with several legal entities.
• Comfortable owning a monthly close end to end and working independently against deadlines.
• Swedish and English, both working languages.

Responsabilidades

• Run the monthly close across the Group's companies - reconciliations, accruals, and reporting packages that feed group consolidation.
• Be the day-to-day contact for our external accounting firm, coordinating bookkeeping across subsidiaries and ensuring correct close timing.
• Own cash flow and liquidity planning, including rolling forecasts and payment planning.
• Follow up actuals against budget, analyze variances, and explain numbers to project managers.
• Prepare supporting documentation for audits and annual reporting with auditors.
• Perform and document internal controls and strengthen routines as we scale.
• Act as a go-to person for finance questions across the organization.
