Job summary

Sinch AB, a global leader in customer communications, is seeking an experienced Principal Executive Compensation Partner to design, govern, and communicate global long-term incentive programs for a publicly traded company.

You will collaborate with the Remuneration Committee, Board, and executive leadership, coordinating with Legal, Tax, Investor Relations, and external advisors to deliver competitive, compliant compensation programs that attract, retain, and reward top talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in executive compensation or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting a publicly traded company, preferably Nasdaq Stockholm or another major European stock exchange.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Swedish language skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and administer executive and broad-based long-term incentive programs.
• Coordinate with Remuneration Committee and Board materials, including presentations and analyses.
• Benchmark market data and assess compensation trends and shareholder expectations.
• Ensure governance, disclosure, and regulatory compliance for compensation programs.
• Prepare compensation disclosures for annual reports and proxy materials.
• Support investor relations with compensation communications and governance discussions.
