Responsibilities

• Plan and lead ERP rollout waves from mobilisation to go-live and decommissioning.
• Coordinate technical delivery and business readiness across functions.
• Manage training, acceptance testing, cutover and go-live activities.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and change management in international contexts.
• Collaborate with local project managers, change managers and Nexus program leadership.
