Nederman seeks an ERP Global Lead within Supply Chain to drive global ERP rollouts (Nexus, IFS Cloud) and transform supply chain processes across 50+ countries. The role collaborates with global teams, leads workshops, and turns business needs into ERP solutions with a strong emphasis on process standardisation.

The position sits onsite at Nederman’s headquarters in Helsingborg, with international travel and close collaboration with Business Leads, Super Users and local teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in ERP implementations or transformation projects.
• Understanding of Supply Chain processes and ERP integration.

Responsibilities

• Drive global ERP rollouts within Supply Chain across go-live and hypercare.
• Translate business needs into ERP solutions for Sales, Shipping, Quality and Purchase.
• Lead ERP work with Backlog priorities, workshops, and local teams.
• Develop standardised Supply Chain processes and documentation.
