Job summary

Nederman is seeking an ERP Global Lead in Supply Chain to drive global ERP rollout projects (IFS Cloud) across 50+ countries. You will work with a global network of users and leaders to align business needs with ERP capabilities, focusing on processes in Sales, Shipping, Quality and Purchase.

The role involves end-to-end responsibility from analysis to go-live and hypercare, with travel as required. Excellent English skills are essential; Swedish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating Supply Chain processes with ERP systems.
• Proven track record in ERP rollout projects across multiple countries.
• Ability to lead workshops and translate business needs into ERP solutions.
• Strong English communication; Swedish language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive global ERP rollouts within Supply Chain from analysis to hypercare.
• Translate business needs into ERP configurations and processes.
• Lead backlog prioritisation and coordinate with Business Leads and Super Users.
• Develop standardised Supply Chain processes and documentation.
