Sobi is seeking an E2E Supply Planning Manager to own end-to-end planning for a diverse product portfolio, balancing demand, inventory, and capacity across commercial and clinical needs. You will lead cross-functional alignment and drive process improvements in a fast-moving, international environment.

Bases in Stockholm or Basel with a hybrid working model, you will partner with Finance and Product Teams, contribute to S&OP, and ensure long-term supply continuity while supporting strategic

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• APICS certification is advantageous.
• Experience in end-to-end supply chain planning.
• Knowledge of manufacturing or production planning is advantageous.

Mansioni

• Create and own end-to-end supply plans for finished goods, DP, and DS.
• Translate market demand into capacity and supply requirements.
• Lead volume, inventory and long-range planning for portfolio.
• Manage replenishment and inventory performance with service levels.
• Monitor KPIs and mitigate shortages and deviations.
• Lead S&OP discussions with Product Teams.
• Partner with Finance for cost reporting and reconciliations.
• Support product lifecycle and master data in IFS.
• Continuously improve planning processes and team performance.
