Job summary

Sobi in Stockholm is seeking an E2E Supply Planning Manager to own the end-to-end supply plans for a portfolio of products including commercial and clinical demand. Based at Stockholm headquarters or Basel, you will operate in a hybrid model that combines collaboration with flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• APICS certification is an advantage.
• Experience in supply planning, inventory management or similar end-to-end supply chain role.

Responsibilities

• Create and own balanced end-to-end supply plans across finished goods, drug product and drug substance for both commercial and clinical demand.
• Translate market demand into capacity and supply requirements, identifying scenarios and practical solutions when supply and demand cannot be balanced.
• Lead volume, inventory and long-range planning for your portfolio, including forecasts, budgets and scenario planning.
• Manage replenishment and inventory performance with a focus on service levels, stock targets and delivery performance.
• Monitor supply chain KPIs and inventory development, and act early to mitigate shortages.
