Jeppesen ForeFlight is seeking a Director or Senior Director of Global Professional Services to lead the DAO delivery organization. This role has global accountability for a team across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC, delivering Crew Tracking and Operations Control solutions.

You will set strategy, drive delivery excellence, and partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure successful aviation software deployments in mission-critical environments. Based in Sweden with global impact.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to DAO Professional Services managers worldwide.
• Establish delivery framework and KPIs for global DAO delivery.
• Maintain executive sponsor relationships with airline customers.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
