Job summary

Jeppesen ForeFlight is seeking a Director or Senior Director to lead the Global PMO COE within Professional Services. You will define standards, governance, and tools for implementation projects across the organization, partnering with product-line leaders to enable and mature the PMO community.

The role emphasizes delivery excellence, customer focus, and scalable governance across geographies. The ideal candidate combines extensive PMO leadership with hands-on coaching, portfolio health

Qualifications

• 12+ years in project/program management or PMO leadership within enterprise software or tech professional services.
• Experience building or maturing a global PMO with delivery methodology, governance, and reporting.
• Experience designing or leading QA, governance, or audit functions within PMO or professional services.
• Ability to coach a geographically distributed PMO community without direct reporting authority.
• Strong analytics to translate portfolio data into executive insights.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional leadership to global PMO professionals and drive consistent standards across geographies.
• Define performance expectations and career development frameworks for PM/PgM teams.
• Partner with product-line leaders on capacity and resource planning, with PMO-wide visibility.
• Ensure integration between PMO framework and delivery practices across teams for shared ownership.
• Lead AI-driven delivery transformation with roadmap, metrics, and adoption across PMO.
