Husqvarna Group is seeking a Global Demand Planning Analyst for finished products in Huskvarna. You’ll support cross‑functional teams with data‑driven demand plans, governance, and lifecycle management. The role emphasizes digitalization, advanced analytics, and AI as enablers of Demand Planning Excellence.

You will join a small, experienced team focused on improving forecast quality and collaboration across markets and functions, in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Experience in demand planning, forecasting, S&OP/IBP, supply chain, or related planning.
• Strong analytical capabilities with large datasets and translating data into actionable insights.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI or similar tools.
• Experience with Logility or other advanced planning systems is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and ability to build relationships across functions and cultures.
• Experience or curiosity in using AI, GenAI, or digital tools to improve analysis and planning.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Proactively analyze demand plans and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve forecast quality.
• Publish reliable demand plans to supply planning teams.
• Coordinate product lifecycle changes to ensure accurate planning across the lifecycle.
• Serve as a key expert for the Logility planning system and our demand planning processes; provide user support and training.
• Collaborate with sales, product management, supply planning, and other stakeholders to strengthen demand planning capabilities.
• Support continuous improvements in demand planning KPIs, reports, and processes.
