Job summary

Stillfront seeks a senior privacy leader to own GDPR and data protection end-to-end across its global studios. You will shape the privacy programme, policies, and governance, collaborating with the external DPO and internal stakeholders across Sweden, Germany, India, and the UAE. Strong legal and commercial contract experience is essential.

You will report to the Group General Counsel and drive risk-based decisions in a fast-paced, international gaming environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years PQE in data privacy matters.
• Experience developing or scaling a privacy function.
• Solid knowledge of GDPR and data protection principles with commercial contract experience.
• Experience instructing and managing outside counsel on disputes or complex matters.
• Native-level Swedish and fluent, professional English.

Responsibilities

• Run GDPR and data protection end-to-end across studios on three continents.
• Develop and maintain privacy policies, DPIAs, RoPA, DPAs, cross-border transfers and incident response.
• Advise on commercial and studio agreements from draft through signature.
• Instruct and manage outside counsel for disputes and complex matters.
• Train privacy leads embedded in studios and provide guidance to non-lawyers.
• Report progress and risk to senior stakeholders and ensure governance.
