Job summary

CoreWeave is expanding its security team and seeks a Data Center Security Specialist to enforce physical security standards across our European data centers. You will manage access, audits, and training programs for employees, visitors, and contractors, while collaborating with colocation partners to uphold the highest security standards.

The role requires strong security background, excellent communication skills, and up to 20% travel across Europe.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in data center security or 5+ years in a physical security role
• Experience with access control, incident response, and inspections
• Security-related education is helpful but not required
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills
• Comfortable with Mac/Windows/Google Workspace
• Military, police, or public safety background may apply

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day physical security policies at CoreWeave data centers
• Manage facility access requests, approvals, and revocations (least privilege)
• Produce timely audit reports and maintain documentation
• Collaborate with colocation partners to enforce policy
• Develop and deliver security training for employees, contractors and visitors
• Maintain a regular training schedule and accessible materials
• Conduct site tours, inspections and remediation tracking
• Support investigations into physical security incidents
• Understand customer security requirements and join meetings
• Prepare documentation, presentations and reports; work with minimal supervision
