Job summary

Swedium Global is seeking a Senior Security Project Manager to strengthen information security governance across Europe and Latin America. You will lead strategic initiatives, coordinate across business, IT, and security teams, and drive projects from planning through execution in a complex international environment.

The role requires building strong stakeholder relationships, navigating regulatory contexts, and delivering through change in a pragmatic, engaging manner.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience leading complex projects in global contexts.
• Experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Leading Information Security or Cyber Security projects.
• Solid understanding of Governance, Risk & Assurance (GRA/GRC).
• Strong IT environment knowledge and system implementation awareness.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across technical and business groups.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead Information Security projects within the Governance, Risk & Assurance (GRA) function.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives across business, IT, and Information Security in multiple countries.
• Manage project scope, planning, timelines, risks and delivery.
• Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, regional IT and Information Security.
• Ensure governance through steering committees, reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Identify, manage and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
• Support initiatives strengthening governance, controls and business processes.
