PolyPeptide Laboratories B.V. is seeking a Cybersecurity Manager to translate security strategy into concrete priorities, controls and measurable improvements across the organization.

You will collaborate with Global IS/IT, Site IT, Quality Assurance and external partners to align security with business and regulatory needs. You will lead security operations, incident response, risk management and audits, traveling up to 20% of time.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated competence in cybersecurity and information security.
• Several years of relevant experience in security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, risk management or information security governance.
• Experience with technical implementations of cybersecurity services in cloud environments such as Azure/M365.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate security operations: lead monitoring, threat detection, vulnerability management and remediation.
• Lead or coordinate incident response with timely analysis, containment and lessons learned.
• Strengthen risk management and ISO 27001-aligned controls and supplier security reviews.
• Support audits and provide evidence of cybersecurity posture.
• Build awareness and develop training and playbooks for security teams.
