Job summary

Kognity is seeking an Information Security Manager to lead its information security program, maintain certifications like SOC 2 and ISO, and drive incident response to preserve customer trust for a platform used in classrooms worldwide.

You will own security policies, oversee data and banking security for our web systems, and collaborate with Legal, Engineering and Commercial teams to embed security into everyday work.

Qualifications

• Experience with information security frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27000/42000).
• Collaborative with Legal, Engineering and Commercial teams.
• Commercial mindset and customer‑facing security strategy.
• Interest in AI tools to enhance security decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead information security program and certify maintenance (SOC 2, ISO).
• Manage incident response strategy for data breaches.
• Oversee data and banking security for web systems.
• Lead security dialogues with customers and respond to RFPs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed security in daily work.
