Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Leader to orchestrate regional delivery of security services, aligning with global standards and ensuring clear ownership of issues. The role requires strong stakeholder management, execution focus, and fluency in English and Swedish.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in cybersecurity, familiarity with ISO 27001, NIS2, NIST, and holds or indicates CISM/CISSP certifications.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or related domains.
Experience in global, cross-functional environments with exposure to risk and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIS2, CRA, NIST).
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills without direct authority.
Ability to translate cybersecurity concepts into business-relevant outcomes.
Structured, analytical mindset with a strong focus on execution and transparency.
Fluent in English and Swedish, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISM, CISSP) are welcome.

Responsibilities

Orchestrate delivery of cybersecurity services across the region, ensuring alignment with global standards.
Identify, structure, and drive resolution of cybersecurity issues, ensuring clear ownership and timely escalation.
Manage dependencies, risks, and escalation pathways to prevent delivery disruptions and ensure continuity.
Act as the primary cybersecurity contact for regional stakeholders, building trust and ensuring clear communication.
Contribute to continuous improvement by translating recurring issues and feedback into systemic enhancements.
