Job summary

Svea Solar is seeking a Global Compensation & Benefits Specialist to own and drive our global compensation agenda. You will collaborate with Group CHRO and HR leaders to align salary bands, job architecture and reward practices across Europe, with a focus on Sweden.

You will lead salary reviews, equity audits and local compensation matters while shaping our total rewards framework. The role combines global responsibilities with operational work in Sweden, including pay equity analysis and

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Compensation & Benefits specialist across multiple countries and markets.
Hands-on experience managing salary reviews, pay equity audits, and benefits programs.
Experience building salary structures, bands and job architectures from market benchmarks.
Strong analytical capabilities and advanced Excel skills.
Excellent written and spoken English in an international environment.

Responsibilities

Own and develop Svea Solar’s global Compensation & Benefits framework, policies and governance.
Lead annual compensation processes including salary reviews and band management.
Develop and maintain salary structures across markets and advise leadership.
Drive pay equity audits and ensure compliance with regulations.
Oversee benefits, pensions, insurance and total reward elements.
