Responsibilities

• Advise on compensation matters and pay decisions for leaders and employees.
• Lead annual compensation processes and benchmarking initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
• Develop policies, guidelines, tools, and documentation aligned with business needs.
• Track and report compensation metrics to support data-driven decisions.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants.
