Job summary

Desenio Group is seeking a Community Growth Coordinator to manage and grow ambassador and creator communities on the Club App and across Desenio and Poster Store brands. You will engage creators, analyze performance, and help shape how our brands build long-term organic engagement globally.

The role covers hands-on creator collaboration, strategic planning, and reporting to inform growth across Instagram, Threads, Substack, Reddit, TikTok and emerging platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience within social media, marketing, community management, influencer marketing, or similar.
• Proven track record of organic social growth and community building.
• Analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs, engagement metrics, audience insights, and reporting.
• Skilled in content creation and experienced in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and social-first communication.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Desenio and Poster Store communities on the Club App platform: plan, create, and execute creator missions, campaigns, and engagement activities.
• Build and nurture relationships with ambassadors, influencers, and content creators globally.
• Support community management across platforms including Instagram, Threads, Substack, Reddit, TikTok, and other social channels.
• Help build and strengthen organic communities outside of paid activities.
• Coordinate and manage UGC collection and creator content for marketing and social use.
• Analyze community growth, engagement, social performance, and creator metrics across all organic channels.
• Create reports and provide strategic recommendations based on performance insights.
• Stay updated on social trends, creator culture, platform developments, and community best practices.
