Job summary

Quintus Technologies seeks a Chief Information Officer to lead the company’s information, systems and digital agenda. You will own the strategy, drive investment roadmaps and align IT with international growth across engineering, manufacturing and business processes.

The role requires a senior leader who can scale enterprise landscapes, enable data-driven decision-making, and govern information security and risk while leveraging AI-enabled change to boost competitiveness.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership with accountability in a global industrial/tech business.
• Proven record building an IT/digital function amid growth and complexity.
• Experience translating strategy into technology priorities and investments.
• Experience driving digitalisation, automation and data-driven decision-making.
• Track record managing technology investments and outsourcing arrangements.
• Fluent English required.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the company-wide information, systems and digital strategy, including priorities and investment roadmap, in alignment with Quintus’ business and growth agenda.
• Manage and develop the functional organisation with reporting managers and approximately 10 employees.
• Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Executive Management Team on how technology, information and digital capabilities can enable business development and growth.
• Develop a scalable and integrated enterprise systems landscape and strengthen information and data governance, enabling improved business intelligence, forecasting and data-driven decision-making.
• Drive digitalisation and automation initiatives that improve scalability, operational performance and cross-functional ways of working.
• Ensure appropriate governance of information security, cyber resilience, business continuity and technology-related risk. Assess, navigate and utilize change conditions such as AI.
