Job summary

Stellar Capacity searches for an AI Business Developer to drive growth, deepen client relationships, and deliver transformational AI programs. You will work with our design, marketing, and operations teams to convert initial meetings into long-term partnerships and successful engagements.

You will build trust across client organizations, identify champions, and expand opportunities through proactive outreach, discovery, and tailored program proposals.

Qualifications

• Exceptional relationship-building and trust-building with clients across levels.
• Experience driving outbound outreach and meeting activity to grow pipelines.
• Strong presentation, storytelling, and written communication for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Map stakeholder landscapes and engage across levels to expand accounts.
• Lead day-to-day relationships for strategic accounts and executive touchpoints.
• Identify new opportunities by understanding client needs and AI impact.
• Develop and advance pipeline via targeted outreach and campaigns.
• Run discovery and solutioning to shape recommendations and proposals.
• Own deal stages: qualify, scope, propose, negotiate, close large engagements.
• Support program delivery and contribute to decks, briefs, and case studies.
• Partner cross-functionally to refine offerings and GTM and ensure smooth handoffs.
• Represent the brand at webinars, workshops, and industry events.
