Job summary

AAK is seeking an AI Capability Lead to shape and scale how AI is adopted across the company. You will build capabilities, governance, and reusable patterns, leading a team and partnering with business leaders, production sites, and IT globally to drive value.

You will translate AI opportunities into scalable solutions, establishing guardrails and responsible AI practices while driving measurable business impact across diverse industries worldwide.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience delivering AI use cases from idea to scalable implementation.
• Strong governance, security, and responsible AI mindset.
• Fluency in English; manufacturing/industrial exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale internal AI capabilities across the organization, including governance and reusable patterns.
• Identify and prioritize AI use cases with business stakeholders, translating needs into value.
• Drive AI pilots from idea to production with measurable business impact.
• Define AI architecture principles and guardrails in collaboration with Enterprise Architecture and Security.
• Evaluate AI platforms and promote reusable capabilities over point solutions.
• Establish governance for ethical, secure AI adoption across AAK.
• Coach and enable colleagues while shaping long‑term AI direction.
