Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 2+ years leading engineering teams (3+ engineers).
• Experience delivering AI/ML in production with measurable business impact.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams from problem framing to production-ready AI solutions.
• Define architecture, technology stack, and delivery approach for complex AI initiatives.
• Translate business challenges into product hypotheses and execution roadmaps.
• Oversee AI-enabled solutions with software engineering, orchestration, and design tools.
• Drive onboarding, capability development, and career progression for team members.
• Ensure enterprise standards for reliability, security, and observability.
