Job summary

AAK Malmö in Sweden seeks an AI Capability Lead to shape and scale how AI is adopted across the organization. You will build governance, patterns, and ways of working to translate AI opportunities into scalable, value-driven solutions.

Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Technology & Architecture, you will lead a team of about five and collaborate with production sites, architects, developers, data professionals, security experts, and IT colleagues globally.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience with Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, and Copilot ecosystem.
• Understanding of enterprise architecture, information security, governance, and solution architecture as it applies to AI.
• Proven ability to identify, qualify, prioritize, and deliver AI use cases with measurable business value.
• Architecture mindset with standards, guardrails, and reusable patterns at the enterprise level.
• Strong stakeholder communication with executives and engineers.
• Capability-building mindset with ability to coach and inspire colleagues.
• Fluency in English; manufacturing or industrial experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale internal AI capabilities across the organization, including governance and reusable patterns.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases with business and IT stakeholders.
• Drive AI pilots from idea to production-ready solutions with measurable impact.
• Define AI architecture principles, guardrails, and reusable patterns with cross-functional teams.
• Evaluate AI platforms and promote reusable capabilities over isolated solutions.
• Establish AI governance and responsible AI frameworks for ethical and secure adoption.
• Coach and enable colleagues while shaping AAK's long-term AI direction.
